To return an item(s) please contact us at 855-SYNTEXX (796-8399) or email us at [email protected] to receive instructions and your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number for your return. All products returned must have prior approval from our Customer Service Department and a RMA number.

The number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the box or within the contents of the returned merchandise. Syntexx Labs is NOT responsible for lost items. It is our recommendation that your package has some type of delivery/signature confirmation and/or insurance to ensure proper delivery.

All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to (2) billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
